You are allowed a verified service or emotional animal only. You'll need a letter from a licensed mental health professional (such as a therapist or psychiatrist) that shows your need for an emotional support animal. This letter should outline your mental health condition and explain how the emotional support animal helps alleviate your symptoms.
Yes, a standard lease must be signed before move-in.
There is no nursing staff on site. In addition, we do not provide ADLs. However, outside PCAs are allowed.

We support our client's medication management, by setting up medicine machines.
The cost of rent varies depending on the unit. Grandma's Place realizes rent costs can be high, and we will help to determine what programs you may be eligible for to help with some of the cost.
