We provide 24-hour supervision in an independent apartment setting. Staff works to teach and assess independent living skills and social skills. Our program is individually tailored to each client. We support our clients in working toward life long learning goals.
Q: How do we do it?
Licensed Waivered Service Provider
Fully trained coaches interact and assist consumers with
living skills. Grandma's Place offers a 24-hour plan of care. We accept all waiver funding and private pay.
